NUTRITION IN PLANTS
* It follows autotropic nutrition 
* Makes food by the process of photosynthesis.
 
* the process of photosynthesis takes place in three steps-
(I) Absorption of sunlight by chlorophyll. 
(ii) Conversion of light energy into chemical energy and hydrolysis of water 
(iv) Reduction of CO2 by hydrogen to form glucose and gives oxygen.
